10-year warranty on the frame and uncomplicated service - We lose sleep if something is not perfect on a bike. That's why we give a 10-year guarantee on the frame. Uncomplicated service is important to us! If you have a problem, we will solve it without any ifs and buts. We promise.

100% return policy for bicycles

We want you to be 100% delighted with your bike. If something doesn't fit, you can return your unused bike to us within 15 days of receipt.

At DesignYourBike, we build every bike by hand. This means that we take a lot of time to ensure that every single one leaves our halls in the highest quality. We want you to get a bike you can rely on.

Nevertheless, it can happen that something is not as you had imagined. If there is a problem with your bike for any reason, don't hesitate to contact us. We will do everything possible to solve the problem. If you still feel that your bike is not right for you, you can return it within 15 days of receipt!

6 steps to return your order


  1. Contact
    Send an email to info@designyourbike.ch stating the reason for your dissatisfaction. A service employee will get back to you.

  2. Register
    If no solution can be found to resolve the problem, you will receive a form to register the return.

  3. Submit
    Once you have completed everything, please send the form to team@designyourbike.de. We have now received your return request.

  4. Prepare return shipment
    A service employee will contact you to go through any outstanding issues.
    You will then receive an email with a link to create the return label.

  6. Return
    Now stick the return label on the package with which your bike was delivered and follow the further instructions in the email.

  7. Processing and refund
    As soon as we have received your shipment, everything will be checked to ensure that the data provided is correct. If everything is correct, you will be refunded the purchase amount excluding a processing fee of CHF 199 (shipping, processing costs, payment fees, etc.) for the specified items as quickly as possible via the payment details provided or entered. Please note that it may take a few days to process and refund your return.

2-year manufacturer's warranty.

No guarantee can be given for wear and tear/consumables (except in the case of defects or unusual wear and tear).

But don't worry, we won't leave you out in the rain here either. We will give you the spare part at special conditions or replace it ourselves so that you can continue riding again.

Guarantee form

Warranty services are provided either in the form of a repair by the supplier or a replacement of the defective parts.
