How high are the delivery costs?

Standard shipping (in the box): Free

Premium shipping (100% assembled ready to ride): CHF 39.-

Accessories

Any accessories at a flat rate of CHF 5.-

How are the bikes delivered? Do I have to adjust anything myself?

With the recommended premium shipping, you will receive the bike perfectly assembled and ready to ride. All you have to do is adjust the saddle height. We deliver with the Swiss shipping company "Mathys Transport".

What are DesignYourBike's service and warranty conditions?

It is important to us that you develop the same passion and joy for bicycles as we do. As we assemble every bike ourselves from the ground up and very thoroughly, there are hardly any faults. In general: 10-year warranty on frame, fork, 2-year manufacturer's warranty on non-wear parts and accessories. The exact service and warranty conditions can be found at:

How can I pay?

We offer you (almost) all options: Cash, bank payment, credit card, Postfinance. You can find more detailed information in the menu under "Payment options".

I have ordered a bicycle. What happens next?

After receiving your order you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have ordered a bike, we will contact you personally by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours to discuss any questions you may have. This will give you the opportunity to make any changes or additional requests.

We deliver the bike to you ready to ride. All you have to do is adjust the saddle height

I am unsure whether I have ordered the bike correctly. Can I make changes afterwards?

Of course! You will be contacted by us after your purchase anyway. We will be happy to advise you on whether your order is technically and visually correct. You can make changes at any time (before we start assembly).

I don't like the bike I ordered. Can I return the bike?

We want you to be 100% delighted with your bike. If something doesn't fit, you can return your unused bike to us within 15 days of receiving it. You can find more information on this at:

Is it possible to test the bikes before ordering?
