How are the bikes delivered? Do I have to adjust anything myself? What are the delivery costs?

No, that's exactly what distinguishes us. You get your bike neatly assembled and tuned. You only have to adjust the saddle height. We deliver the bikes with the Swiss Post.

What are the service and warranty conditions of DesignYourBike?

It is our concern that you develop the same passion and joy for the bike as we do. Since we assemble every bike very thoroughly and from scratch ourselves, there are hardly any errors. In general: 2 years warranty on frame, fork and other non-wear parts, as well as on accessories. The exact service and warranty conditions can be found in the menu under "Warranty".

How can I pay?

We offer you (almost) all possibilities: Cash, bank payment, credit card, Postfinance. You can find more detailed information in the menu under "Payment options".

I have ordered a bike. What is the next step?

After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have ordered a bike, we will contact you personally within 24 hours by e-mail or phone to discuss any open questions. You will have the opportunity to make any changes or requests you may have.

We deliver the bike ready to ride. You only have to adjust the saddle height.

I am unsure if I have ordered the bike correctly. Can I make changes afterwards?

Sure! After the purchase you will be contacted by us anyway. There we can advise you whether your order is technically and visually coherent. You can (before we start with the construction) always make changes.
