Exchange & Warranty
We get sleepless nights when something is not perfect on a bike. An uncomplicated service is important to us! If you have a problem, then we solve it without ifs and buts. Promised.
Warranty conditions
Non-wearing parts
E.g. frame, fork, braking system, seat post and the like:
2 years warranty
Wearing parts
E.g. tires, grips, saddle covers, brake pads, chain, etc.: no warranty can be given on these, as they are consumables. Unless of course the damage existed from the beginning. But don't worry, we won't leave you out in the cold. We will give you the spare part at special conditions or replace it ourselves, so that you can ride again cheerfully.
Warranty type
Warranty services are provided either in the form of repair by the provider or replacement of the defective parts.
Procedure
For warranty claims, please send us an email with a detailed description of your problem. Write down your phone number and we will contact you within 24 hours.
Exchange
Bikes
Individual bikes we can unfortunately not exchange, because we have built that specifically for you. We are happy to make (free of charge) small modifications if something should not be as you imagined.
Accessories
You have 10 days to exchange your unused accessories.
